Purpose:

2. Cushioning Layer
Material: Double-Layer Small Bubble Wrap
Purpose:
- The item is meticulously swaddled in two layers of small bubble wrap.
- Provides essential shock absorption against impact.
- Creates a protective barrier superior to single-layer wrapping.
3. Corrugated Armor Layer
Material: Rigid Cardboard Sleeves or Cutouts
Purpose:
- The bubble-wrapped item is reinforced with a protective sleeve or custom-cut pieces of corrugated cardboard.
- Adds a rigid shell to prevent pressure from collapsing the bubble wrap and damaging the item.
4. Void Fill and Floating Protection
Material: Vigorously crumpled papers
Purpose:
- The armored item is placed inside the shipping box, and the empty space is filled entirely with cushioning material, ensuring the item cannot move.
- The item must be “floating” and secured firmly in the center of the box to prevent impacts against the box walls.
- Use heavily crumpled papers as an effective and eco-friendly void fill. The papers are crumpled into dense balls.
5. Shipping Container
Material: Corrugated Shipping Boxes
Purpose:
- Robust, appropriately sized corrugated boxes are chosen for their structural strength.
- Ability to withstand the stresses of transit, ensuring the outer shell maintains its form.
6. Final Sealing
